Available Services

Off-Site Provisions

Our off-site provision is designed for children who may not be ready to access The Phoenix Centre or who may benefit from a more active timetable.

This is individually risk assessed with a minimum ratio of 1:1. We have a range of pre-assessed SEN/SEMH-friendly activities aimed at building life skills, social skills, or physical activities to support regulation strategies.

Mentoring

Our Team of specialist staff is experienced in supporting young people to break down the barriers to success. Tailoring individual support to match their needs and interests, offering a holistic therapeutic approach to empower young people to achieve their goals and improve outcomes.

Therapy

Children can access art or CBT therapy at The Phoenix Centre or within a school. Per our outreach offer, in-school support is based on support over 1 or more days of the week delivering therapy to up to 5 students per day.

Sessions are bespoke to the Student's needs and provide a safe therapeutic space for the student to explore emotions and behaviour creatively with the support of a qualified therapist.

1:1 Tutoring

Students can access face-to-face tutoring via The Phoenix Centre or virtually if they are unable to access the centre.

Tutoring can either be integrated into an alternative provision timetable or accessed as part of a separate arrangement.

Phoenix Centre

The Phoenix Centre is our brand-new alternative provision.

The space is a sensory-friendly environment designed specifically for children with additional needs, who cannot access education.

Respite

We can offer Respite services via the Local Authority's short breaks service over school holidays. This service is for children with complex needs and challenging behaviours who may struggle to access other services.

We offer SEN-friendly activities designed to suit the needs and interests of the young person.
