Viv brings over 20 years of experience working with young people in youth justice and prison services to her role as Behaviour and Inclusion Manager at Remedicare Education. She leads the development and implementation of Behaviour Support and Intervention Plans (BSPs and BIPs) for learners with complex needs, drawing on her expertise in the Crisis Development Model (CDM).

Viv coaches and mentors staff to respond to challenging behaviour through de-escalation and restorative approaches, while overseeing post-incident debriefs to ensure the wellbeing of both learners and staff.
